Dr. John Kasik is founder and Chief Executive Officer of Aqualtra Technologies, LLC, a global potable water treatment company and the world’s leading developer and manufacturer of self-sustained mobile drinking-water systems, which can be used in disaster relief initiatives and humanitarian missions. The company also supplies solar-powered potable water treatment installations. As CEO, Dr. Kasik leads all aspects of Aqualtra operations.
Dr. Kasik’s professional career spans more than 35 years of leading high-tech companies, with particular expertise in commercializing new technologies for both the public and private sectors. He has been recognized for being an excellent strategic thinker and skillful implementer. He has a successful track record of solid business infrastructure development, consisting of cohesive leadership teams to deliver turn-key projects in domestic and international markets. Dr. Kasik has supplied products to the defense, aerospace, automotive, electronics, public safety and transportation industries. He brings outstanding strategic and operational skills to the company.
He has developed infrastructure and directed Strategic Planning, Design, Engineering, Manufacturing and Business Development for a wide range of companies. Having managed international businesses in 44 countries, Dr. Kasik is adept at global business development. He has led efforts to design products for customers of federal, state, and local governments, including the U.S. Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), World Health Organization (WHO), United Nations (UN), Red Cross, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs).
Dr. Kasik served as a member of the Corporate Executive Management Committee and Chief Strategy Officer, GM at Grote Industries, LLC. Prior to this, he held numerous President and CEO positions at the following companies: Cardinal Water Treatment Technologies, Inc.; TELEGRA, Inc.; EFKON USA, Inc.; ATLASwerks, LLP; RF-CODE, Inc.; and Control Automation, Inc. He also served as COO at Stewart Systems, Inc., and as General Manager at Recognition Equipment, Inc.
He holds multiple patents in the areas of automation and imaging.
